Certainly the biggest nemesis that roofs tend to have are storms. It’s true that we don’t get a ton of rain or snow in Amarillo. When it does come in though it can cause all sorts of roofing issues. Particularly in homes that have clogged downspouts and gutters in their roofing. When we have really dry climate these areas can clog up with a ton of debris. If you don’t think anything of it, and you let that be you could be in trouble down the line. The positive aspect here is that if you do have storm damage we are going to be able to help.
Roof Evaluations & Free Estimates
After certain storms it may be obvious that you have a roofing problem. Let’s say if a tree branch flies off and gashes a hole in your roof that’s an obvious situation where you’d do well to call us up. We’ll be able to arrive quickly and evaluate the situation to then provide an estimate of what our repair may cost, and what would go into repairing the roof. If you don’t really see blatant damage, but you want to be sure don’t hesitate to make the call. We’ll still provide a thorough inspection and let you know what we find.
When Is The Best Time To Make Roofing Repairs?
Some of our guys don’t necessarily enjoy working under the Amarillo sun all that much. It is true though that the best time to look into a major roofing upgrade is whenever we have an extended period where there’s no rain. That’s going to allow whatever we decide to put in, to settle accordingly. Also, the overall flow of work is going to be less chaotic. When we’re trying to patch up a roof from one stormy day to the next things can get rough.
When You Should Give Us A Call
As we mentioned before there are going to be certain situations where giving us a call is going to be the logical course of action. What we always tell clients though is that there’s no great reason to cope with a leak for example. No matter how small it may be. We’re not saying this to get people to sound the alarm when they spot a small issue. The thing is, some of these minor damages can turn into bigger problems if you allow them to develop. If you spot a minor issue after a storm it doesn’t make a ton of sense to wait.
