Roof Repair

There are different types of repairs that we’re going to be able to provide. Here’s what we mean by that. Let’s say that you’re dealing with a leak. Naturally you’re going to want to plug up that leak. At times what happens is that the leak is caused by a larger issue. When we find the problem though the weather or some other aspects aren’t ideal at that moment. To be able to remove part of the roofing and really get to work. Long story short there are moments where we need to provide quick repairs to ensure that the damage doesn’t spread. Then we’ll come back and make the full repairs.

What Type of Roofing Can You Repair?

Shingles, tiles, metal roofs, it doesn’t matter, we've seen it all and we’re going to be able to repair all of these different types of roofs. We can help you out with your home roofing and we’ll be able to help you with your commercial roof as well. Give us a call and let us know if you think you have an issue that needs to be addressed.

How Our Repair Process Works

When was the last time that you were up on your roof? For a lot of people the answer is never. What can happen is that a roofing company may take advantage of that and charge whatever they want for repairs. After all they are banking on the fact that you have actually seen the roof. We get up on your roof, evaluate the situation, bring back proof of the form of pictures and video and then talk over what we feel can be done to help the surface. You can then proceed to make the decision to work with us or not.

Am I Covered By My Insurance?

Obviously that’s going to depend on the type of insurance that you have. When we provide our estimates, and inspections we’ll be able to go over your insurance concerns. That way by the time that you actually book a service you’ll know exactly not only what the service is going to cost, but on your end you’ll know if you’re going to be on the hook for the service. If there are things that we can do to make sure that you’re covered by your insurance company we’ll be sure to help you through some of the paperwork.

When Is It Time To Upgrade Your Roofing?

Different roofing materials are going to have equally different expiration dates so to speak. However, we never like to think about these numbers as absolute. For example, shingle roofs are said to last around 20+ years. We could be looking at a 10-year-old roof that is just too battered down to where re-roofing would certainly be our suggestion. That’s one of the reasons why we provide free estimates. We want to look at things on a per case basis. If we feel that a major upgrade is due we’ll let you know. We’ll do the same if we feel that you're fine!
