Roof Inspections

THIS IS WHAT I NEED

Roof Inspections

Are roofing inspections going to be included in our free estimate offer? In a sense, yes. The reason why we separate the two though is to make sure that people can cultivate that habit of getting their roof inspected. We want to go through the process that we apply to our inspections. Our goal is to make sure that we catch things that could become a problem down the line. Naturally if we find something that’s a glaring issue now we’ll also address that or let you know what we feel needs to be done. Here are a couple of things that we want you to know about our roofing inspections.

How Often Should I Get My Roof Inspected?

We are typically going to recommend that you get this done twice a year. One before we get a lot of precipitation, and potentially snow. Also, at the start of the spring to see if there was no damage done to your roofing during the winter. You can ultimately decide what works best for you of course. Just twice a year though can really help prevent many major issues.

The Main Issues That We Tend To Find In Roofs

Although we don’t get a lot of rain out here we still have a fairly decent amount of roofing problems in the community. Why is that? For the most part it comes down to a lack of maintenance, and also the harsh sun and heat that we get around here. The heat and the sun have a tendency to eat away at roofing materials. Gutters and downspouts included. When water starts to pour in during a storm the gutters and downspouts almost fall apart. Of course, we’re detailing the worst case scenario.

You’re Not Obligated To Book Subsequent Services From Us

You can call us to get your roof inspected, we’ll get the job done, and give you an estimate on what our services would cost. When we do that you’re not obligated to book any subsequent services from us. You can explore other options if that’s something that you want to do. If you want to take a moment to look into how you could get your insurance company to pay for the service we can help you through the paperwork. Getting your roof inspected can help you avoid all sorts of subsequent issues down the road.

What Happens After A Roofing Inspection?

What usually happens is that we present our findings to you with proof via photo or video. We don’t necessarily make you go on the roof to see things for yourself. Although you’re certainly welcome to do so. We will then provide you with an estimate for the repairs that we feel are necessary. You’ll then decide if you want to work with us for a full repair or not. It’s important to point out that not every single inspection that we provide leads to a repair. There are moments when we don’t find anything wrong with your roofing. When that’s the case we’ll let you know and be on our way.
